LABORATORY SERVICES
Please Note
As required by most insurance comapnies,
most lab services are billed directly by the lab to
your insurance company. If you have questions about lab billing,
please contact the lab that is sending you a bill.
CPL
Diagnostics Lab
We use
CPL for most of our lab services because of the superior
results they provide. The
CPL Lab draw station is located at 401 N Hancock Ave, which is just
a block from ORMC. Their phone number is (432)
582-0000. Their hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm
Mon-Fri.

ProPath
Pathology Services
We use ProPath for
most of our pathology needs. Again it is because of the superior
results they provide us.
Medical Diagnostics Laboratories
We use
MDL for special DNA and PCR testing when diagnosing certain
infections. They provide the most advanced PCR testing for many of
the lab tests we utilize.
A small number of insurance companies require
patients to use different labs than the ones we feel are the best. We do not have any
control over the choices or inconveniences it may cause. Please check with your insurance and let the nurse know of any
special lab requirements at the time of your visit.
