Insurance
The practice accepts most major insurance plans. Please check with
your insurance company regarding your coverage options. All insurance
companies require payment of Co-Pays and deductibles at the time of
the visit. If you need to know how much will be due at the visit,
please call us a day in advance so we can check with your insurance
company. All Co-Pays and Deductibles are preset by your insurance
company and the contract you have signed with them. We accept cash,
checks, and credit cards. We also accept
CareCredit®
as a payment plan option.
