Our office is open 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dr. McQuillin is usually in surgery on
Wednesday and Friday afternoons.. We may close the office on certain
selected Friday afternoons and for the traditional holidays. We also
close for official ECISD snow days.
Office Hours are by
Appointment
We do our very best to stay
on time.
We do not overbook. If you find you cannot keep your
appointment please notify us as early as possible. This will make it
possible for another patient to be seen. If you have an urgent
problem we will do our best to work you in as soon as possible.
I am a full time
obstetrician/gynecologist in solo practice. Occasionally I will be
required to attend a delivery, an emergency, or hospital patient during
office hours, causing a delay or interruption in our schedule. If we
can anticipate this ahead of time we will try to contact you as quickly as
possible to minimize any inconvenience. If this occurs please try to
be understanding, you would want the same attention if it was you.
Telephone Calls
You are encouraged to call
the office anytime you have a problem or question. Please make
non-emergency calls during regular office hours when your medical
records are readily available. Emergencies and urgent calls will have
priority and will be returned as soon as possible. Other calls will
be returned as time permits but always on the same day. Please assist
us in this effort by giving us any alternate telephone numbers where
you may be contacted.
If you have questions about
your medication or need a refill of your prescription, please call our
office. Please have the name and phone number of your pharmacy
available when you call and be sure you know how late they are open.
Emergencies, After Hours
When the office is closed you
can reach me or the physician covering for me by calling (432)

contacting the us, please proceed to the emergency room at either
Odessa Regional Medical Center if you are pregnant, or Basin
Healthcare Center if you are not pregnant, unless
arrangements have been made to see you at another location or
